Consultation services are delivered through structured phases designed to support meaningful progress over time. Each phase includes a series of consulting sessions focused on assessment, planning, implementation, and review.

 

The initial phase establishes the foundation for the consulting process. This stage includes intake surveys, baseline assessments, discussion of current challenges and objectives, and collaborative goal setting. Based on this information, a prioritized plan of action and timeline will be developed.

 

Clients may choose to focus on one or multiple areas of development. Seven core focus areas are available, and the final scope of work will be determined prior to beginning the process. When multiple areas are selected, priorities will be identified and addressed through a structured plan.

 

Subsequent phases focus on continued progress and refinement. These sessions begin with a review of relevant data, progress toward goals, implementation outcomes, and client feedback. From there, adjustments are made and the next steps are outlined to support ongoing improvement and long-term sustainability.

 

Consultation fees are determined based on the scope of work and the phases required.
